MOTO LUXE Shipping & Returns


We can ship to most addresses in the world from our various locations, please ensure you are on the correct or most appropriate Moto Luxe web site for your region before attempting to place your order. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and that they cannot be shipped to certain international destinations. The cost of shipping is higher for some items, depending on the weight and/or the size of the package.

In most cases, shipments are only made by carrier, as we only rarely use postal services for these shipments to minimize delivery problems that can be associated with postal services, especially for high-value products.

Depending on the type of transport, an estimate of the delivery time may appear whilst you are placing your order and this period is always counted from the date of shipment and not the date of the order. The date of shipment depends on the availability of the articles and the delivery options selected.

Please note that our online shop does not display the level of stock, unless clearly indicated in the individual description of a product. We kindly ask that our customers read the description of each product ordered to ensure they are aware of any particular delay.

Where one or more items are unavailable, your order will be delivered complete upon the arrival of all the items in stock. However, you can opt for individual deliveries by paying additional shipping costs.

Below are the typical availability delays for the products (listed by brand) if they are not in stock when you order:

HELIBARS - 5 days maximum (generally, the most popular HeliBars products are always in stock, otherwise we have deliveries of stock every week).

KATHYS JOURNEY DESIGNS - 10 to 20 days (depending on the colour required and the time of year, please contact us for details)

BAKUP - 10 to 30 days (depending on the time of year)

TECHMOUNT - 10 to 30 days (depending on the time of year)

SARGENT - see the description of the product


To help avoid unnecessary delays, we will occasionally ship your order directly to you from an alternative Moto Luxe stocking location (at our discretion), this helps ensure that you do not have to wait for the next stock delivery to arrive locally before your order is processed. This will only be done in the case that using this method does not incur the customer any extra fees or charges.

Do not hesitate to contact us for more details on the period of availability of the item you wish to order or that you have ordered.


Returns sent without prior notice and/or to another address than the one that we will give you following your request for a return, will not be accepted and will therefore be returned to the sender.

The procedure for returning an item is simple. Following your identification on our website, in the "My Account" section, click on the link "Completed Orders" and then the button "Return Item(s)".

You can return unused items within 30 days from the delivery date, you will be fully refunded (excluding delivery charges and return costs). However, the refund terms will be different in the case of a product damaged or marked.

The return address will be confirmed to you upon your request and will depend on your location and the product. Most returns will be send to the nearest Moto Luxe office, the list of addresses of Moto Luxe offices is available on the contact page.

We will refund the cost of return, only if there is an error on our part, in the case of delivery of a defective or incorrect article.

You will receive your refund within a maximum period of four weeks after receipt of your package in our offices.

In most cases the refund period will be shorter (5-10 business days). We will notify you by email of the status of your refund immediately upon receipt and processing of the returned item.
